1. Information we collect

BrokerPay may collect account details, brokerage profile information, transfer request details, earnest money records, administrator notes, audit events, and support correspondence submitted through the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, route payment workflows, maintain audit trails, support compliance review, troubleshoot issues, improve product reliability, and communicate service updates.

3. Payments and processor data

Bank account verification and payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. BrokerPay stores only the operational metadata needed to support workflow status, such as verification state, bank name, and masked account details when available.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the service, support payment processing, maintain infrastructure, respond to lawful requests, or protect the security and integrity of the platform. We do not sell customer data in the ordinary course of business.

5. Security and retention

BrokerPay uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect platform data. Activity and audit records may be retained for operational, compliance, security, and backup purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

6. Your choices

You may request updates to account information through your brokerage administrator or by contacting support. Brokerage customers are responsible for ensuring their own internal retention and compliance practices remain aligned with law and policy.

7. Contact

Questions about data handling may be sent to support@brokerpay.io.
